The Galv-A-Dock pipe is a lighter weight than what most other dock companies are using, being  schedule-40 pipe. The schedule-40 pipe is approximately 20% heavier and has less than a 1/3 of the bending/memory strength of the lightweight double strength Galv-A-Dock pipe. The Galv-A-Dock pipe is pre-cut to specified lengths, ranging from 5′ in length, being the shortest, with 16 various vertical pipe lengths up to 20′, being the longest vertical pipe. The Galv-A-Dock pipe is galvanized, inside and out, and on both ends eliminating the possibility of pipe rusting.
